Hi I have a major issue.
From G13:G33 I have an array of values of which I have computed.
E36 is where I have set my threshold value.
What is the excel formula to use, to count the PERIODS (not number of times), which this threshold value has been exceeded?

How can we help if you have not defined "PERIOD"?

Grouping the number's less than 26 into periods, we would have
[22 25] 27 [23 24 21] 28 [20] 32 [19 22]
8 numbers less than 26.
4 periods (ie 4 times it exceeded 26.
Does this clarify what I mean?
