    Question How will i delete formula in multiple excel sheet at one time without loosing data ?

    I have multiple sheet in excel.All the excel sheet has a table with formula.Now i want to delete all formula in my all excel sheet at one time without delete/loosing my values. Please tell me in simple way ?

    If not you can highlight the whole sheet "copy" it and the "paste special values" this will keep your data but remove formulas.

    1. click the 1st sheet you want to convert the formulas to data, hold down the shift key and click the last sheet you want (this will "group" all the sheets)
    2. click in the top-left corner of the sheet (above 1, left of A)
    3. press CTRL C (copy), then click the Paste drop-down and select paste Values
    4. click on any unselected sheet, or right-click a sheet tab name and select Ungroup.

    All formulas in those sheets you selected will be replaced with their values.

    In Group mode, everything you do on 1 sheet, is done on all selected sheets - so make sure you follow step 4 when done, otherwise you may be doing stuff that will be done on other sheets that you dont want done there
