I am working on a workbook that has 13 worksheets in it - A Calendar. I want each page to have the same color formatting, etc on it. Do I have to format each worksheet, or is there a way to format the whole workbook?

Hold down the control button and click on each worksheet tab. This groups the sheets so that what you do to one is done to all of them. There are some exceptions (like conditional formatting) but they will be grayed out.
IMPORTANT: remember to right click on a tab and "Ungroup Sheets" when you are done. Otherwise, you will continue to add data to all sheets.
