Dynamic labels in a pivot chart?

To create the pivot chart in the following file I formatted the Primary and Secondary Y axes, to number with no decimal places and percentage with one decimal place respectively. I also set the secondary y axis so the major axis markers are fixed at 0.1 I changed the series chart type of the Delta data to line, with no line color and selected the appropriate built in line markers under marker options and selected their solid color. I changed the transparency of the Delta data labels to 50%, gave them a color that was a shade lighter than the columns and moved them individually into their appropriate places. I changed the Income data labels to number format with no commas and no numbers after the decimal point, changed their size and moved them individually to the bottom of each column. I changed the column headings in the pivot table to Income and Delta adding an extra space to both so as to make them different from the field names in the original data set. Here is the file with the above mentioned modifications applied.
