How can I Move from PDF file to Excel based on TITLES in he PDF Document?

Hi,
I am aware of google's Data Miner, using which I am able to move web page content to excel files, with required fields using shell script.
This data scraper works based on the Titles on the Web Pages.
Is there any similar facility to extract data from PDF to Excel based on titles on the PDF page?

I want to assist the student community, by providing list of jobs, relevant to their profile, to minimize their efforts.
This is required for automation project relevant to students. I have the skill sets of 1000 students in PDF files. I want to convert this into 1000 rows of excel file, with skill sets in separate column.

I want to pull he different contents under different titles into different columns of Excel file.

Any help is appreciated..

I would copy the values from the PDF file to a text file using a comma seperated value format and save it as .csv file.

For Example:

You can save it either as a text file or when saving choose all files and change the extension to .csv (I have more success with this option)

Under the Data ribbon choose Import from text file, choose your file, and in the options choose the option indicating the values are separated by commas.
