problem in making a table in execl

i have a problem and i hope you can help me.
i have a table with name of programes(each name can be more than once on the chart) and there cost value .
i need to create a table in excel thats it is arranged like this: the value of the money from the highst to lower, and the names will be in groups. let say SAP for expmple.
sap appers 3 times in the chart and one of the sap has the biggest value of all. so it should start with sap, and then the other saps need to apper in the table after him, regardless there value and than the second program det'

i know how to make them as a groups in the table, but thats all.

helpp!!!

like this: sap- 6500
sap -5000
sap- 3500
matlab- 7500
matlab-4000
det'
it dosent metter who appers first in the table.

Once you've got it tabulated, can't you just sort largest-to-smallest on the cost, and then sort by name?

I think that will pretty much get you there.
