Hello all!
I've tried, believe me! But all the websites I read and formulas I try to understand my brain hurts all the more. I have Excel 2016 but never really use Excel other than for simple spreadsheets. Never used a formula before, I don't know if anyone can help me try to figure out what I'm trying to do? I put the question on the image of the spreadsheet I attached. Thanks! Andrew.
