Obnoxious URL window on my Excel screen

Every now and then I will get a small, one line window on my screen, only when using Excel. It has a URL address on it and it won't go away while I'm using Excel. It is not part of any spreadsheet, but It is constantly stays in one place on my screen. The URL looks to be something that I have used in the past. (Dodge Pipeline - Construction search engine)

Does anyone know how to remove this from my screen??
