Sumif function without hard coding text

=SUM(SUMIF(I3:I10,I14,L3:L10),SUMIF(P3:P10,"*Andrew*",S3:S10))

If I hard code the text "Andrew" from cell I14 in the first part as well the function works but I would like to fix it so that I can fill it down and use multiple names as the cells I am searching for the text in have multiple names.

What did you come up with?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
