Need If or other formula to put the value from Table

Respected Forum,

In my adjoining Sheet I put the "Stream" and "Head" in E1 and E2 respectively.

Now, I want the value of the Table in B4 to B13, if I put the Stream in B2 and put the Head in C2.

For example : I Write the "Commerce" in B2 and "FP" in C2, then cell from B4 to B13 show the value of Table J3 to J12..
