how to make the day change veryday at 3:00 AM.

Thanks Greg M. for you quick reply. I really appreciated. Sorry for my silly question. Do you have any way to change the the time at 3:00AM without use the direct function like =now()-(03:24) Since I set the time for Swing shift to count output until 2:59AM. After 3:00 AM , it is gonna count output for for Day shift. I would like something like we change time by manual at 3AM at cell D3 so it won't change the out put for swing shift or Day Shift. Thanks.
