About Filter, is possible to avoid affecting all the rows ?

Hi,

when applying filter, most of the times it will also hide other data not part of the filter, please see "circle 2" in second picture, I would like to know if there is a way to make filter only make change within.

The way that filter works is to hide rows, not compress the data. That's just how it works.

The best way to do what you are showing us is to use two different worksheets.
