Getting each persons average from list of names.

So basically what I'm trying to do is:
I pulled and copy&pasted info from a file to Excel Sheet2 (let's say it looks like A and B columns). There can be many rows of same persons name with # of lines
In Sheet1 I have basically same thing as columns D and E (names already entered into cells (1 name per row, no dupes). For Sheet1 in E column I need to have each persons AVG # of lines (1 person per row)

Damn, if only I added "$" .. Works very well, thanks a bunch!
