I've looked at the workbook. You need to explain the logic. Once again you have offered the absolute minimum in terms of what you want and expect your halpers to work it out.
This is not acceptable, especially as you have been told about it before. Explain in DETAIL what you want to happen and the logic you are applying.
Mam, If Federationname column it shows 001 code and it having 3 (001) rows in different fed.name means then fed.code column should be 1,2,3. in fed no. & in fed. Code F1-001, F2-002, F3-003, for next new fed.name it should come like in fed. Code is 4 and fed. No is F4-028(that federation name code) and its repeated to next any rows means it will remain the same otherwise it should come other other rows newly

If Fed. name is 001-Singampunari vattara vayalaga kootamaippu then fed. no. should be 1 and fed. code is F1-001 suppose it have 3 federation names starts with code 001 means then it should 2, F2-001 & 3, F3-001 etc.
if another for new fede. is new means then it should be come like 4-F4-___ here what is the federation name code it should be display.. it should be go like this

I am having 3 columns fed. no, fed. code, fed. name, here i want to generate fed. no. & fed code to all fed. name given, here i want to generate like for first fed. is 001-Singampunari means then fed. no. is 1 and fed. code is F1-001,
For second line fed. name is 022-Bodi vattara kalanjiam then fed. no is 2 and fed. code is F2-022
For Third line fed. name is 022-Bodi vattara kalanjiam then fed. no is 2 and fed. code is F2-022
For fourth line fed. name is 002-Mudhukulathur vattara then fed no is 3 and fed code is F3-002
For fifth line fed. name is 003-Kadaladi vattara then fed. no is 4 and fed code is F4-003
For sixth line fed. name is 010-Sedapatti vattara then fed no is 5 and fed code is F5-010
For seventh line fed. name is 003-Kadaladi vattara then fed. no is 4 and fed code is F4-003

I have given inputs in sheet2 page but i need answer in sheet 1 J&K column as like sheet 2 mentioned
In the file, on Sheet2, it states: "If 001 code having 3 rows means then fed.code column should be 1,2,3. in fed no. & in fed. Code F1-001, F2-002, F3-003..."
However, in cell D2 displays 3 and cell E2 displays F3-001 instead of 1 and F1-001 respectively, which is what the above statement indicates.
Please explain.
I feel that once we understand how the Federation number column should be populated the Federation code column could be populated using: ="F"&D2&"-"&LEFT(F2,3)
