[SOLVED] Formula for number of entries in colum that are greater than 2 hr

I'm fairly new to excel and need a formula that will tell me the number of
time entries in a very long column that are greater than 2 hours. Using Excel
2003

=countif(a:a,">"&time(2,0,0))
