How do I satisfy 3 of 4 conditions and get a true/false result?

Hi all,

I have a problem where I need to create a formula that will give me a "true" result if 3 of 4 or 4 of 4 conditions are found in a particular row, and a "false" result if 2 or less conditions are found.

A B C D
1 100 120 40 Vegetable
2 80 130 105 Mineral
3 205 150 140 Vegetable
4 90 85 20 Mineral
5 50 70 120 Mineral

The conditions that need solving are:
Column A - Number must be greater than or equal to 100
Column B - Number must be greater than or equal to 90
Column C - Number must be greater than or equal to 95
Column D - Text must be "Vegetable"

It does not matter which of the columns satisfy the conditions.

In the above, rows 1 and 3 will be true, rows 2, 4 and 5 will be false.

Can anyone help? Or have I made this totally incomprehensible?
