    Protecting certain cells

Does anyone know how to protect certain cells in a worksheet so that you cannot change those cells at all but other cells that are not protecting can be changed?

    Thanks,

Unlock the cells you want to allow changes in (Format > Cells > Protection, tick Locked), lock those you don't, and protect the worksheet (Tools > Protection, Protect Sheet).
