    Dear sir,with best regards,i want to ask you ( is it possible in excel 2003 to lock the commandbuttons only by a password).

    Hi Tofimoon,

    You could add a few lines of code to your Command Button's click event, like so:
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    When the user presses the button, a password prompt will appear. Change "my-secret-password" to whatever you want them to use, and insert your code where shown if they get the password right.

    Dear sir,with many thanks for your help,i coppied the code to (sheet1) in my workbook which contains (3)buttons,entering (2) paswords ( to use,my secret),coppying (3) macros codes in your code as required ,and no change happened .
    Because i am new in (VB) asking you kindly( if is it possible) for some explanation with my appreciation.
