    Rounding formula question.

I am a new excel user and have a very general question. The following formula "=VLOOkUP($D14,'Terr Base Rates'!$A$2:$H$70,2,FALSE)*$Q$15*$G4*(N35+F24)*$S14. I need to round to the second position, but when I add the round function to the formula, the round does not happen but the formula still executes with the same results prior to adding the round. How should I properly add the command?

    Re: Rounding formula question.

    Where did you put ROUND?
And "second position" in what direction? 123,456 to 120 or to 123,47?

Remove - in front of -2 for 2nd solution.

    Re: Rounding formula question.

I not sure I follow your question. I tried the following. =ROUND(VLOOKUP($D14,'Terr Base Rates'!$A$2:$H$70,2,FALSE)*$Q$15*$G4*(N35+F24)*$S14,2). I need to round to a whole dollar. But I am still get 2 position past the decimal.

    Wouldn't that be
    =ROUND(lookup, 0)
then, with zero instead of two?
