In the above table,
in row 1, from column "D" are calender days.
in row 2, job status is updated for if there is any change in status.

the status will be updated regularly and if there is no progress, status is left blank

The "last status" (cell B2, B3 in this example) column should indicate the last/latest entry.
The "status date" (cell C2, C3 in this example) column should indicate the date corresponding to the last entry

This is to be done for every job in the rows
