Stopping duplicate entries

The attached workbook has combo box that employees choose their name from and then enter their password. If they enter their password correctly then their name goes into the combo box as well as two other areas. If they for some reason enter an incorrect password then the box remains empty. What I need to figure out(and have failed terribly so far) is 2 things. 1) if they enter and incorrect password the combo box stays empty but it still enteres their name in the additional cells. I want to block it from entering their name if a incorrect password is entered. 2) I want to eliminate entering their name in to the same cell range more than once. as you can see over around cell P53 I have it broken up into lines 1-6. I do not want it to populate a duplicat name within the same line number. also starting at line V51 I don't ever want it to populate a name more than once.

well, I for one, am not going to analyze that entire code just to figure out which control (cmb1 to cbmn) you are talking about.

How about giving a little bit more detailed information

The combo boxes in question are the ones with drop downs next to the start stop buttons, and I believe in the attached file there are already names in four of them. They are labeled cmb1-cmb6. If the worksheet is protected(I thought I unprotected before sending) then the password for that is perfectsq. if you need anything else to help am very happy to get it to you. this has been stumping me for awhile.
