Convert vBA Excel Sheet to Standalone Program

Hey Guys,

Is there any way to convert a spreadsheet that has a mix of cell equations and VBA macros to a standalone program that doesn't require Excel?

Or would it have to be rewritten in some other type of code? If so, are there any that are similar to VBA that would work?

You could write the program in a different language (e.g., VB), but you couldn't use Excel formulas.
