input prompt if cell is empty

I have searched everywhere but can seam to find what I am looking for, I need code that will search the column S and if cell is empty prompt the user to enter data and reference it to the value in the corresponding row contents of columns B & D, then once input has been made loop onto the next row, Is his possible to do?
