Highlight cells

What is wrong with this code? I need the highlight all the cells in the range that have the value of "N" when I select the option button.

At a first glance, your color number looks a little off?

Try stepping through the code (F8) to see if the code within the second 'if' statement ever triggers. If it does, then I'll go with the 'color' issue. Otherwise, let me know and I will look deeper.

Nothing happens. No errors. I got the color code by recording the one I want and than tried to add that code to this code.
