How to change help text associated with a macro button on Quick Access Toolbar?

When I add a button to the quick access toolbar to call a macro, I notice that the help text (i.e. the text that appears when the mouse hovers over the button) is simply the name of the macro with which the button is associated (e.g. "Macro1").

How can I change the help text to something meaningful for the user? (E.g. "This button sets the contents of Cell A1 to 'Hello World!'")

Right click on the macro button in the ribbon, select

Customize The Quick Access Toolbar

, Then click onto the macro in the right window, then click on the

Modify

button at the bottom of the window. Now edit the

Display Name:

in the Modify Button window. Be cautious of what you choose to display, it would be advisable to keep the macro name as part of the title.

Doh! I failed to spot the really obvious Display Name input ...
