Trying to sum weights based on different elevations

I'm trying to sum the weights in the sample table provided based on different elevations. I want the program to add the elevations at different levels and spit out the weights for each elevation. I attached a sample file. Thanks for ideas and help.

I have looked at your file and to be honest, I haven't a clue what you want to do. My crystal ball is in the shop for an upgrade, so I am completely lost. Please explain exactly what you wish to accomplish.
