Rename tabs using a VBA loop

Hi,

I have a string list, each of which I want to create into a new tab with a hyperlink to it in the original list. I tried this code, and initially it was working until I decided to add in the command changing cell B1 to also be the value from the original list. Now the tabs are all called "DFP 5324 (2)", "DFP5324 (3)" etc. Can anyone help?
