count of changes in 1 cell W5

I hope you can support me in the following : As i need to calculate the no. of changes made by one Cell (W5) to be shown in Cell D15 W5 is having a formula calcualting the handled time between (=AD2-W2) check attached Sheet .

Thanks for your reply but it does not work as W5 contains a formula and the data in it changes automatically, As W5 =(=AD2-W2)

D2=End Time and W2=Start time

[guideakamal]

Any other suggestiions pls
