Vba to get values from XML and paste it in excel.

I am new to macro vba. Help me to solve below query

I am having a xml file. Get a xml file by clicking on a button. i want the specific values from that xml and paste it in the excel file using vba.

In that xml file, there will be so many scripts and the corresponding transaction names with the value of 90percent.
I need to get the script names and the corresponding transaction names with 90percent values.
I have attached my sample xml file.
I have to get the output in excel in the format below.
