Obtain Values from another Sheet Based on LOV selected.

    Hi All..

I was working on a data presentation and got stuck in between. Issue is as follows.

I have Revenue from Products (TV, AC, Radio) date wise for one month. Data is available for 10 Branches across state.

In a different sheet, I want to have a LOV or Selection Box in which I can select one Branch. When I select that Branch I need to get values from the other sheet and display here date wise revenue for all the thre products.

    Anyone please help..

    To attach a Workbook
(please do not post pictures of worksheets)
    • Click Advanced (next to quick post),
    • Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
    • Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
    • Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
    • Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
    • Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
    • Click "Submit Reply"

Re: Obtain Values from another Sheet Based on LOV selected.

Thanks a lot for the response. but what I need is a different thing.

In the front sheet I'l have only LOVs and Basic Table Headers. Once I select one LOV, I need only that data to be displayed. Pivot table is not a good option when the data range is more.

    1. Create a named range for the sales data
    2. Open the pivot table field list and drag the branch field to the report filter box.
    3. Right click the PT and choose "refresh"
