Comma delimited data in multiple cells to rows

Good Day:

I have a simple table for Year, Make, Model and Engine. However, each cell can contain multiple comma delimited data that needs broken out by row with corresponding comma delimited data in adjacent cells.

If I have 4 "YEARS", 2 "MAKES:, 12 "MODELS" AND 2 "ENGINE", how do I get a row consisting of the 1st "YEAR" value, the 1st "MAKE", the 1st "MODEL", then the 1st "ENGINE", then the 2nd "YEAR", to the 2nd "MAKE", and 2nd "MODEL".....
until each delimited value in each cell is distributed.
