Macro to create graph up to current month

Hello,

I am trying to create a graph with the data shown in the attachment. Although it is fairly simple to create a graph with a macro, i need it to only create the graph up to todays month.For example, if the macro was to be run, it will show the months from January to June.

I also need the graph to be a mix between a bar and a line graph (Example shown in the attachment).
