Hi Guys,

Please be gentle with me, I have very basic knowledge of excel but have a big idea I am seriously struggling with.

I am attempting to produce a workbook for my company that can boost efficiency. I Want to create a master document that does everything for us and in my head it works. The Idea is this:

To have a workbook that you create a Rota each week that is stored for reporting at any point via macros etc.

Have a daily sign in sheet that knows who is in on what shift that given day (from the rota).

An annual target sheet that populates daily target into an action plan.

A target sheet per staff that from the rota/annual target sheet can set the staff member targets based on percentage of hours worked on the day against the daily target against several KPI's.

A review sheet to generate weekly/monthly reviews on the staff member based on performance vs target.

A ranking sheet to show all staff performance daily/weekly/monthly against target per KPI.

All of which in a single workbook so that when we open the store for the day we click one button to print and all the daily action plan and staff sign in sheet is already populated with the days targets and expected staff etc. Then at the end of each shift the staff enter their days sales that will populate all the above forms appropriately so that I can (by the click of a button) print their performance reviews weekly/monthky and the staff ranking sheets...

I hope this makes sense and I believe it to be possible. I have a workbook of where Im trying to get to however it is becoming more and more complicated to acheive the more I try and do especially as I have 0 knowledge of macros/vba.

Thanks in advance guys
