Split Cell text New Column

Hi,

By using the attched macro ,i can able to split the text's into new column.By using this macro i can able to one by one(ROW).Is it possible to convert all the cell texts present in the B to New column in a single shot.I got this macro from the Chandhoo.org.Please help me on the same.
