Help With Using Option Button and Textbox with A Command Button

I Have A UserForm Like this and what i would like to be able to do is Type for example: "Ion Block Rocker" into the text box, which is currently named TextBox1, Select the
I OptionButton Which is Named OptionButtonI and then click add to Catalogue. It Then needs to Automatically populate a Number in My Spreadsheet named SheetI as well as input the text into the second collum.
