How do I create a macro that will split my spreadsheet into individual files?

Hello. I need help creating a macro. Does anyone know how I would create a macro to break down the attached file by RSD Name into individual Excel files for each tab (RSD, ASM, SAL and Account Detail)? Example: I need a report for Bennie Thomas, Blaise Moore, etc. I then need to break down the ASM, SAL and Account Detail tabs by ASM. I run the same report every week and need to break it down into seperate files and a macro would help me greatly.
