To sort 3 columns with a priority list

Please help with this problem:

I have to sort the data as follows:

DI has top priority, MATT is next and SAM is last in the priority list. I attach the list of data and desired result.

Thank you for your reply - I attach my desired result in blue color in the Query.xlsx spreadsheet attached. If DI is already assigned, Matt and Sam will not be assigned. If Di is not Assigned, Matt will be next to be assigned to the product. If Di and Matt are not assigned, then Sam can be assigned to the product.
