I need to manage multiple visits to people, where the same person is visited 13 times, at set intervals over a set period. I could have up to 100 people at any one time assigned to me.
I would like to be able to view the scheduled visits in an excel based diary, but I am struggling with the formula. The attached shows the base data on tab 1 ("visit planner") that I would like to show in a calendar (template shown on tab 3 "Calendar" but not formatted).
From the research I have done I think I need to be able to represent the base data in a different way, hence the 'transition' tab (although I am not absolutely sure if this tab is needed?)
