Counting cells that do not meet criteria

Hi all,

Pretty much a beginner when it comes to macros so this may be a really easy fix. I want to count the cells within a range that do not contain the text "Not Applicable" and are not blank (""). At the moment I have the following code which evidently isn't working for me, and I dont expect it to work as it is but I am not sure of the syntax to make it work.

Alternatively I would like to trim the range from V36 To V#, where that # is the row number of the last cell containing data in column F. I thought something like the following, but I believe my error is still in the CountIf statement.
