Hi,

I have a strange but repeatable occurrence. I have two Excel workbooks that are password protected and also have macros in them. I open the first workbook just fine with full access by entering the password. I then open the second workbook as read only and close it immediately. When I try to click in the first Excel workbook I get a message that Microsoft Excel has stopped working.
