AutoFilter not equal to

Hi Guys,

I need help with this:

With ActiveSheet
.Range("A1:AF1").AutoFilter
.Range("$A$1:$AF$1").AutoFilter Field:=16, Criteria1:="935142", Operator:=xlFilterValues
.Range("A1:AF1").AutoFilter Field:=17, Criteria1:=Array("<>10003","<>53", "<>61", "<>62"), Operator:=xlOr
End With

I tried using this code but it is not working. I still see those criteria.
