Duplication of a Form in same Excel VB Program

I want to 'duplicate' a Form and all of the code associated with it. I am going to 'change the name' and a few of the formats, and I feel that this way would be easier than creating another form manually.

Is there a way to do this lickety-split? Could use some quick help.

    Thanks,

A userform is a class that can be instantiated; you can have as many as you like:
