Hello All Masters

I am doing a warehouse integration in a small enterprise (stack & retrieval). I have a logic of doing this, however I am lack in Excel VBA skills. The logic is simple:
A. input an order # by a handheld scanner
B. lookup in the shipment database
C. Return the print details to a special format
D. Print the label out

A flow chart is as attached. I do hope some masters can share your experience and guide me to a automatic ways.
