code to progressively go throughly question based on answer to first question

1 Q1? Yes No
2 Q2? Yes No
I want to create series of questionaire as above. The user should not be able to see next question unless he answer first one. If answer to first question is yes then only he shouls be able to view second question with its option button Yes and No to answer it. If answwer to any question is No it should dispaly msgbox "Close the window".
