Real Time CELL UPDATE

on my EMatrix Project, within my QUOTE Module I have my
Sub DimDEPTH as follows:

It actually does what it suppose to. Hoewever, it DOES NOT UPDATES when its corresponding cell in CODE Range is changed.

How can I improve my code to make it happen?
I've attached my project!!!

Use a sheet specific macro to run your subroutine when the relevent cell is modified.
