Copy specific columns to specific columns in another worksheet

Hi Everybody!

I'm trying to move (in order by rows) the data from the specified columns in "Dump" to specified columns in "Temp." I am sure my problem is with defining the ranges in "Dump." Placing range "B:B" with range B1, (etc.) copies the first row of data, but I need all of the non-empty rows to move. After that, the "Dump" Sheet should be deleted.
