How to Copy Specific Columns into a new Specific Worksheet?

Hey guys, I'm just new to Ms. Excel and VBA.

What I want to do is to copy thousands data from (let's say) Column A,B,C,D,F,K,M, and O to a specific Excel file ("let's say D:/SBD/ABC.xls") and a specific column (it's like daily increment, so if yesterday day was started at column 24923, and today is 26231 or so). Is that possible if we copy a column into same type of data but the column is different (ex: when we have Item_Code column at the Column D, and we want to merge to the file mentioned before but in column F)?

Can you please help me out? I found that's very frustrating we do same thing every day and it takes so much time to do it. Is this possible if we copy only the active cells on the sheet? The reason is because I have to do the same thing daily but, the amount of columns not always the same (let's say yesterday is 1282 columns and today is 1528 columns). Is that possible?
