try to remove (undo) general access to a book
Press Alt+T+P+P which will remove/apply the protection.
Regarding the VBA Locked view - Press Alt+T+B and Unshare the workbook and press Ok.
Now it will give access to the vba project

Hi,
The sheet is shared. Unshare it and then you can unprotect the sheet / book and view the VBA.
Rule 1: Never merge cells
Rule 2: See rule 1
