Compile Macro has stopped working

I've been using the attached Macro Worksheet to compile a group of reports. I tried to add a store, and messed something up.

I didn't build this macro, and have no idea how to fix it. This may be something that needs to go into the Commercial forum, but thought I'd try here first.

Error message is:

Runtime Error 9
Subscript is out of range

Basically the way it worked before was that I dropped the completed reports into a folder and it would compile the data into one report.

There is a sample on the pages in the workbook.
