IF command use to get the required formula

I am facing a problem in writing a formula for my requirement using if command. In the row 14 of attached excel sheet, the code is as below

In the above formula, if month is april, i want to have formula as below

In $E$14, the number should be corresponding to row number of the april month.

After row 14, I am looking for the formula as below, for example in row 15

Again in row 26 where the month is April, I want to have formula as below

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

I missing the logic here. It will be great if you can help me in this regard.
